Supervisor: Head Teller
Job Summary:
The Bank Teller will complete deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions while providing excellent customer service to all customers.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Excellent math skills.
- Trustworthiness and the ability to act with integrity.
- Excellent computer skills
- Thorough understanding of customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience working directly with the public is preferred.
- Cashier experience or student staff member of high school branch desirable.
- Must be able to lift as much as 15 pounds at times.
- May need to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with banking transactions and inquiries.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Maintain accurate records of debits and credits while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Utilize financial software to process transactions efficiently.
- Identify opportunities for upselling financial products and services to enhance customer relationships.
