York Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team on a PRN basis. Whether you're looking to supplement your current schedule, pick up weekend coverage, or enjoy the flexibility of PRN work, we'd love to speak with you.

Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
Monitor resident response to treatment and communicate progress with the supervising therapist and interdisciplinary team
Accurately complete treatment documentation using Net Health
Maintain compliance with company policies and state and federal regulations
Support a positive, resident-focused therapy environment
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current Pennsylvania PTA license required
Indirect License Preferred
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and/or Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the rehab team
New graduates with strong clinical rotations in SNF settings are encouraged to apply
