Bookkeeper / Junior Accountant & Executive Assistant (Onsite in Beverly Hills)

Yintai seeks a highly organized, detail-oriented, and bilingual (English/Mandarin) Bookkeeper / Junior Accountant & Executive Assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping
● Maintain accurate financial records and perform daily bookkeeping activities.
● Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
● Assist with bank reconciliations, expense reporting, and monthly financial reporting.
● Maintain corporate accounting records and supporting documentation.
● Coordinate with external accountants, tax professionals, auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
● Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations.
Executive & Administrative Support
● Provide executive administrative support to senior leadership.
● Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
● Prepare meeting agendas, organize materials, and maintain corporate records.
● Handle confidential documents and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
● Perform filing, data entry, document management, and general office administration.
● Coordinate office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Communication
● Draft and edit professional business correspondence in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
● Communicate effectively with business partners, investors, vendors, service providers, nonprofit organizations, and other third parties on behalf of the company.
● Serve as a bilingual liaison for domestic and international communications when needed.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Minimum of three (3) years of bookkeeping and accounting experience.
● Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (speaking, reading, and writing) is required.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
● Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
● High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and discretion in handling confidential information.
● Understanding of business, finance, and investment terminology (Trading/Analyst experience is a plus).
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
● Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar platforms is preferred.
● Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with senior executives.
● Must be able to travel (domestically/internationally).
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience supporting executives within a family office, investment firm, private equity, venture capital, or real estate organization.
● Familiarity with nonprofit organizations and philanthropic activities is a plus.
● Experience coordinating with legal, tax, and financial professionals.
