General Vehicle Maintenance Technician
Location: Kissing Bridge
Pay: Competitive pay based on experience
Kissing Bridge is looking for a dependable and motivated General Vehicle Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for performing routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on a variety of vehicles and equipment to ensure they remain safe and operational.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid checks.
- Diagnose and complete basic mechanical repairs.
- Inspect vehicles and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
- Replace worn or damaged parts as needed.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist with seasonal equipment maintenance and other shop duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive maintenance or mechanic experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and repair.
- Experience or knowledge of diesel engines is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a shop environment.
- Valid driver's license required.
