Macatawa Technologies is a growing IT Managed Services Provider (MSP) serving businesses and organizations throughout West Michigan. We help our clients leverage technology to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and achieve their business goals. As we continue to grow, we're looking to add a Client Account Coordinator to our team—someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and contributing to both client satisfaction and business growth. This role supports client-facing activities, sales processes, and customer relationships while serving as an important operational partner to our Account Management team.
What You'll Do
As a Client Account Coordinator, you'll play an important role in supporting our clients and helping our Account Management team deliver an exceptional experience. This position combines elements of customer service, account coordination, sales support, and business operations.
You'll work closely with our Account Management team to help ensure client needs are met, opportunities are followed through, and important initiatives continue moving forward.
Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:
- Supporting client relationships through proactive communication and excellent customer service.
- Assisting with sales opportunities, proposals, and client-focused business initiatives.
- Coordinating client meetings, business reviews, and follow-up activities.
- Helping maintain accurate client and opportunity information within our business systems.
- Assisting with client requests and day-to-day account coordination.
- Collaborating with the Account Management team to ensure clients receive a seamless experience.
- Supporting internal processes that help drive client satisfaction, business growth, and operational efficiency.
- Serving as a trusted resource for helping keep client commitments and team initiatives on track.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a professional services, technology, or client-facing environment.
- Familiarity with CRM, PSA, or business management systems.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects, priorities, or stakeholder requests simultaneously.
