Revolution Orthotics & Prosthetics is a family-owned, state-of-the-art orthotic and prosthetic practice committed to providing exceptional patient care. We are looking for a dependable, motivated Orthotic & Prosthetic Technician to join our growing team.
Whether you have years of fabrication experience or are mechanically inclined and eager to learn, we are willing to train the right individual. This is an excellent opportunity to develop specialized skills while working directly alongside two ABC-certified Orthotists/Prosthetists in a supportive, hands-on environment.
What You'll Do
- Fabricate, modify, and repair orthotic and prosthetic devices
- Prepare casts, scans, and models for fabrication
- Perform laminations, thermoforming, grinding, trimming, and finishing
- Assemble prosthetic components and hardware
- Maintain fabrication equipment and workshop organization
- Assist clinicians during patient appointments when needed
- Manage inventory, supplies, and incoming materials
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic and fabrication lab
- Support other clinic operations as needed in a collaborative team environment
Qualifications
Preferred:
- Previous Orthotic & Prosthetic technician experience
- Experience working with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
We also encourage applicants with experience in:
- Dental laboratories
- Machine shops
- Medical device manufacturing
- CNC machining
- Automotive repair
- Bicycle or ski/snowboard repair
- 3D printing or fabrication
- Other skilled technical trades
Training will be provided for motivated candidates with the right work ethic and mechanical ability.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working with fabrication equipment and power tools
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail

Pay: Competitive and based on experience
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- No weekends
- Flexible scheduling available for the right candidate
Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
