Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive carpet cleaning using standard equipment and environmentally friendly solutions to remove stains, dirt, and allergens.
- Conduct floor care procedures including buffing and polishing to restore floors’ appearance and durability.
- Operate cleaning machinery safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols and manufacturer instructions.
- Follow detailed cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery across all assigned locations.
- Maintain proper documentation of completed work, supplies used, and any issues encountered during service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles with a focus on environmental services or commercial cleaning preferred, but not necessary (will train).
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and polishing.
- Familiarity with carpet cleaning methods such as the extraction process.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively; prior experience with standard machinery is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting heavy equipment or supplies, and working in various environments.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and report on job progress or issues.

Pay: $750.00 - $1,500.00 per hour
