This is a great fit for someone who is tired of being overbooked or rushed and wants to focus on doing consistent, professional grooms.

Pay:
- 50% commission
- 100% tips + nail trim services
- Typical earnings range from $40,000–$67,000+ depending on speed and client base
What you’ll do:
- Groom an average of 4–6 dogs per day depending on size and coat
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Communicate professionally with clients and team
- Handle dogs safely and confidently
What we’re looking for:
- Grooming experience required
- Strong dog handling skills (safety is a priority)
- Reliable and consistent attendance
- Positive attitude and openness to feedback
Additional requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- In-person position
