Troubleshoot and fix equipment issues fast to minimize downtime.

Drive continuous improvement by finding true root causes and implementing your own reliability and cycle-time upgrades.

Confidently read and work from electrical schematics.

Service and repair: photo eyes and proximity sensors, VFDs, PLCs, motors and motor controllers, and servo motion controllers.

Program and debug FANUC robots; perform minor program touchups.

Work directly with equipment and parts vendors to solve problems and optimize performance.

High school diploma plus 2 years of college or technical schooling.

4+ years of relevant hands-on experience centered on equipment maintenance and repair.

Control-systems know‑how typically earned through about six (6) years installing, inspecting, testing, and repairing pneumatic, electrical, and electronic control systems, or an equivalent blend of training and experience.
