Duties

- Oversee fundraising initiatives to secure resources necessary for program expansion and operational stability
- Manage budgeting processes, monitor financial performance, and allocate resources efficiently
- Provide senior leadership by guiding management teams, setting clear objectives, and fostering a culture of accountability
- Supervise staff through effective management practices, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and professional development
- Represent the organization through public speaking engagements, community outreach, and stakeholder engagement to promote our mission and initiatives
Experience
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles within education administration or nonprofit management
- Extensive background in curriculum development, teaching, and working directly with students or program participants
- Demonstrated success in fundraising activities, grant writing, or resource development efforts
- Strong strategic planning skills with a track record of implementing impactful initiatives
- Experience managing budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation in complex organizational settings
- Supervising experience with a focus on team development, mentorship, and fostering collaborative work environments
- Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences
