Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to individuals in our community setting
- Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation.
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for individuals
Qualifications:
- Ability to assist with transferring individuals as needed
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
