Main functions:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the accurate organization and maintenance of the warehouse facilities. This position requires fast-paced, trustworthy, motivated, and detail-oriented individuals who can make an immediate impact while supporting efficient warehouse operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms, warehouses, or storage areas.
- Store products in an orderly, organized, and accessible manner.
- Receive incoming deliveries and verify shipments for accuracy.
- Pull and prepare orders as needed.
- Examine and inspect inventory for damage, wear, or defects, and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security requirements.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and adhere to company uniform and dress code standards.
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Identify and report unsafe work conditions or practices.
- Report all work-related accidents or injuries immediately.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with supervisors and team members.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with coworkers.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and company expectations.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization while helping ensure proper inventory levels.
- Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
- Knowledge of general warehousing practices
- Knowledge of proper lifting and carrying techniques for loads up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Proficient spoken and written English
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable with consistent attendance.
- Professional and courteous attitude.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, walking, lifting, bending, and carrying for up to 8 hours per day.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to work in varying climate conditions.
Qualifications:
- High School or equivalent (Preferred) .
- 1-2 years of experience working in a warehouse (Preferred)
- Prior experience in pulling orders and recieveing delivery
- Previous experience pulling orders, receiving deliveries, and maintaining inventory preferred.
Available Shift:
Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm
Monday to Friday 6am to 2:30pm
