Qualifications
· Current Florida RN license or Multi-state Compact RN license
· Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, within the past 1 year
· Basic Life Support certification
· Self-motivated and strong communication skills required
· Attendance is imperative throughout the New Grad Nurse Residency Training program
