This is a 1099 commission-only position, meaning your earning potential is unlimited. The harder you work, the more you earn! We provide high-quality leads, but if you’re a go-getter who can generate your own sales, we’ll reward you even more!
✅ Competitive Commission Structure:
7% commission on total revenue from company-provided leads-
10% commission on self-generated leads (leads you source, quote, and close yourself!)

Salespeople are responsible for their own expenses (gas, vehicle maintenance, etc.)
KB Painting & Refinishing provides professional uniforms (black polo shirts) – required for all customer interactions
Salespeople must maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
Non-Compete Agreement: No working for competing painting/refinishing businesses within 50 miles
Location: Port St. Lucie, FL & Surrounding Areas
