Primary Responsibilities
- Answering scheduling phone lines, providing one-call resolution for scheduling-related questions.
- Handle responsible party and client scheduling calls, including adding, removing, and adjusting shifts.
- Process caregiver call-offs, shift swaps, on/off shifts, and movement of shifts between days.
- Assist with filling open shifts and reposting uncovered shifts promptly.
- Provide weekend and emergency scheduling support as assigned.
Caregiver Support & Engagement
- Serve as a key point of contact for caregiver scheduling questions and concerns.
- Proactively engage caregivers working under 25 hours to increase utilization and satisfaction.
- Support caregiver recognition efforts, including Caregiver of the Quarter and superstar recognition.
- Assist with caregiver bonus tracking and communication.
- Send caregiver messaging related to birthdays, uniforms, clock-in accuracy, attendance points, and reminders.
- Assist with caregiver coaching follow-ups as directed by leadership.
- Virtual Orientations When needed
- May be asked to go to an emergent VIP client to stand in until caregiver gets there.
Scheduling Operations & Coordination
- Complete delegated daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling tasks.
- Support caregiver orientation and orientation training sessions.
- Complete shift confirmations with caregivers and clients every Wednesday.
- Monitor hospitalization notifications and complete required follow-up outreach.
- Maintain scheduling consistency during high-volume or heavy scheduling periods.
Tracking, Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare and maintain scheduling conflict reports.
- Assist with gift card tracking and caregiver appreciation documentation.
Client Communication & Follow-Up
- Maintain professional, empathetic communication with clients and responsible parties.
- Complete schedule follow-ups related to changes, hospitalizations, or terminations.
- Ensure timely communication regarding coverage updates or schedule disruptions.

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
