- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a sonographer required

RDMS certification preferred

BLS certification required
-
License required if applicable

Rural community hospital experience required
-
Vascular sonography experience required

Echocardiography experience preferred

Comfortable working with geriatric, adult, and pediatric patient populations
-
Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration

Perform general sonography exams including vascular studies with additional echocardiography responsibilities

Work under supervision of the Radiology Director

Position offers weekly Monday orientation

Facility is a 75-bed community hospital serving a population of more than 55,000

Candidates must reside 60 miles or more from the facility to qualify for travel rate

Candidates cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the past 12 months

Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full time while on assignment

Professional demeanor and strong rural hospital adaptability preferred
