We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Specialist to support the company's financial operations through billing, collections, payment processing, account reconciliation, and file closeout activities. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate financial records, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to the efficient management of accounts and cash flow in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: $40,000–$45,000 annually, with commission opportunities

Requirements
- Prior experience using accounting software, preferably Sage, or the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
- General knowledge of reconstruction/restoration projects and insurance estimating processes preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Google Drive, including Google sheets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
