Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Spa Attendant, where your energy and attention to detail will create a welcoming and pristine environment for our guests. In this vital role, you will ensure the cleanliness, safety, and comfort of the spa area, supporting a relaxing experience for all visitors.
Hours:
Saturdays and Sundays 4 hours each day. With occasional opportunities to help with events and other days as needed.
Duties
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms, relaxation areas, locker rooms, and common spaces through thorough cleaning and floor care.
- Perform janitorial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Support housekeeping management by organizing supplies, restocking amenities, and ensuring equipment is in excellent condition.
- Monitor the cleanliness of floors regularly, using appropriate cleaning tools and techniques to prevent slips and maintain a polished appearance.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional towels, amenities, or assistance to enhance their spa experience.
- Follow all safety procedures related to custodial work and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Help with laundry and restocking common areas.
- Attending the outdoor patio space.
Skills
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on hygiene standards and safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior experience in hotel or hospitality settings is highly desirable to understand guest service expectations.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and respond to guest needs confidently.
