SUMMARY:
Responsible for cleaning apartment and condominium units in preparation for occupancy. May also be required to clean hallways, lobbies, rest rooms and other public areas of the property.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the day-to-day cleaning of all public areas (lobbies, elevators, hallways, restrooms, etc.) at property location.
- Prepares vacant condominium and/or rental units for occupancy.
- Visually inspects units and public areas in the course of daily work and reports anything in need of repair or replacement as well as unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents to Management.
- Responds to employee and resident requests in a courteous and timely manner.
- Maintains inventory of supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
- Keeps work area clean and equipment in good working order.
- Obtains through knowledge of management company policies and property community policies.
- Performs duties according to Occupations Safety & Health Act (OSHA) standards and company safety policies at all times.
- Seeks opportunities to increase skills and expand knowledge base.
- Wears the required uniform and maintains a professional appearance at all times.
- Performs other related duties and assignments as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of common cleaning practices, procedures and equipment.
- Thorough and attentive to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as work orders, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- One to three months related experience and/or training.
CERTIFICATES and LICENSES:
None.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems solving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
