- Assist in merchandising efforts by organizing products on shelves, stocking inventory, and ensuring displays are attractive and inviting.
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products or services that meet customer needs.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely.
- Support store operations by managing inventory levels, conducting stock checks, and participating in regular stocking routines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth shopping experience for all customers, demonstrating strong communication skills and teamwork.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales or grocery store experience is preferred but not required; a passion for helping others is essential.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills to accurately process transactions.
