Aesthetic Nurse
We are seeking a results-driven and passionate Aesthetic Nurse to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Conduct thorough patient consultations and assessments, using findings to prescriptively recommend tailored treatment plans that address both immediate concerns and long-term aesthetic goals.
- Proactively present and upsell the full menu of aesthetic services — including injectables, skin rejuvenation therapies, and non-surgical procedures — matching each patient with the solutions best suited to their needs and lifestyle.
- Build strong, trust-based patient relationships that encourage treatment loyalty, repeat visits, and referrals through consistent follow-up and personalized care.
- Administer aesthetic treatments including injectables, skin rejuvenation therapies, and other non-surgical procedures with precision and care.
- Educate patients on the benefits, expected outcomes, and value of recommended treatments, confidently addressing concerns to support informed decision-making.
- Identify opportunities during each appointment to introduce complementary treatments or seasonal promotions, contributing to practice revenue goals.
- Manage patient comfort through appropriate pain management techniques during all procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including detailed notes on recommended and declined services to support future consultations.
- Monitor patients during recovery to ensure safety, comfort, and satisfaction — using this time to reinforce the value of follow-up treatments.
Requirements
- Valid nursing license with experience in aesthetics strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to consultatively sell or prescribe services, with confidence in presenting treatment options and closing recommendations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport and instill confidence in patients.
- Goal-oriented mindset with an understanding of how clinical excellence and revenue generation work hand in hand.
