About the Role
Do you love helping people and staying organized? We're looking for a friendly, motivated Loan Coordinator to join our growing team.
You'll be the first person our clients talk to. When someone reaches out, you'll respond quickly, get to know their situation, answer their questions, and help them gather what they need.
No mortgage experience needed. We'll teach you everything. The right attitude matters most.
What You'll Do
- Respond quickly when someone reaches out — by phone, text, or email
- Get to know each person's situation and answer their questions
- Follow up and stay in touch so no one falls through the cracks
- Help gather and organize documents
- Prepare each file and hand it off to our team
- Keep everything neatly tracked in our system
What We're Looking For
- Friendly and great with people
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Quick to respond and follow up
- Eager to learn
- No experience required
- Bilingual Korean/English or Spanish/English is a plus
- Interest and experience in social media, marketing, or content/video production is a plus
