Job Description: Account Executive Role Summary
We are looking for an Account Executive who takes full ownership of client success and actively creates new business opportunities.
This is a relationship-driven, problem-solving role where you will:
- Grow existing accounts through trust and execution
- Develop new client relationships through thoughtful prospecting
You will manage the full lifecycle — from first conversation to long-term partnership.
What You’ll Do
Own the Client Relationship
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts
- Build long-term relationships through trust, consistency, and results
- Grow accounts over time by identifying opportunities and delivering value
Generate New Business (Prospecting)
- Proactively identify and pursue new client opportunities
- Research businesses, industries, and prospects who would benefit from our services
- Initiate outreach through calls, email, networking, referrals, and in-person interactions
- Build relationships with prospects before pitching services
- Convert new prospects into long-term clients
Drive Revenue Through Service
- Identify client needs and recommend solutions that improve their business
- Expand existing accounts through repeat work and new ideas
- Balance client satisfaction with profitability
Manage Projects End-to-End
- Oversee projects from concept to completion
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality and deadlines are met
- Proactively communicate updates, challenges, and solutions
Execute with Discipline
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Maintain personal systems to track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups
- Ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Solve Problems Proactively
- Anticipate client needs and remove obstacles
- Step in to resolve issues quickly when things go wrong
- Take initiative rather than waiting for direction
