Role Overview: Operational Leadership with Real Impact
The Vice President of Sales and Operations is responsible for driving performance, enforcing standards, and ensuring execution across all transactions and client interactions.
This role is not about oversight alone—it is about ownership of outcomes, process discipline, and consistent execution under pressure.
You will work directly with executive leadership, oversee teams operating in real-time environments, and ensure that every bond is handled with precision, accountability, and sound judgment.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead and enforce high standards in client communication and trust-building
- Ensure accuracy in information gathering, verification, and case evaluation
- Drive speed and efficiency in transaction execution
- Oversee documentation precision and compliance with legal requirements
- Manage and guide negotiation strategy and pricing decisions
- Maintain operational consistency across all locations and teams
- Identify breakdowns and implement process improvements and accountability systems
Operational Leadership: Bond Evaluation & Decision-Making
A core responsibility of this role is leading the evaluation and execution of every bond decision with discipline and consistency.
This includes the ability to:
- Assess all individuals involved in each situation
- Evaluate the circumstances surrounding each arrest
- Build trust with families while maintaining objective decision-making
- Identify risks and determine viable, responsible solutions
- Evaluate financial resources, stability, and follow-through capability
- Make decisions that protect both the client and the company
Every bond decision must balance:
- The individual in custody
- The cosigner(s) and family
- Company risk and financial responsibility
- Legal and court system requirements

Pay: $65,224.15 - $91,018.54 per year
