Job Title: Material Handler 1
Work Location: Boise, ID - 83707 (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Shift Timings: USA|C: Day – Thursday / Friday / Saturday, alternate Wednesday - 12 Hours
Job Description:
Accurately process on-line transactions. Receive/deliver/move materials from point to point within the facility. Perform cycle counts, material labeling, stocking, repackaging. Interface with customers; take orders and translate into electronic requests. Answer questions for customers. Ability to lift 25 - 40 lbs regularly. Operate material handling equipment. 0-3 years of experience
Major Responsibilities:
· The role primarily involves transferring materials between two fabrication facilities located approximately a quarter to half a mile apart. Transportation is done using a Nissan van, so a clean driving record and adherence to onsite driving rules are required.
Key job duties include:
· Transporting 5–6 plates of materials weighing 25–40 pounds
· Performing receiving and delivery tasks
· Using scanners and completing basic computer work in the shipping area
· Working within a 12 hour shift structure (6pm –6am)
