WE'RE HIRING: Registered Nurse (RN) — Section 21 Residential Services
New England Integrated Living Support (NEILS) is looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Nurse to join our team supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism across our Section 21 residential programs in Maine!
Starting salary: $80,000/year, increasing to $85,000 after a successful 90-day review
Based out of our Biddeford office, with site visits at least once a month to residential locations spanning from Sanford to Lewiston (mileage reimbursed — and no site travel required during severe winter weather!)
In-home medication audits and hands-on client nursing support as needed
Opportunity to teach CRMA certification classes, with bonus potential for training outside staff
On-call support for medication-related issues and health emergencies as needed (infrequent).
What you'll bring:
✅ Active Maine RN license in good standing
✅ Experience with individuals with I/DD and/or autism preferred
✅ CRMA, Insulin & Injectable Training credentials (or eligibility to obtain)
✅ A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
✅ A heart for person-centered care and community-based support
