The Marketing & Communications Coordinator supports the execution of the organization's marketing and communications strategy by coordinating projects, developing content, and managing day-to-day marketing activities. This role works closely with Mar/Comm leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, consistent, and effective communications that support business development, recruitment, brand awareness, employee communications, and organizational initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys balancing multiple priorities while helping bring marketing and communications initiatives to life.
Marketing & Brand Support

Assist with the implementation of the annual marketing and communications plan.

Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.

Support marketing campaigns that promote business development, recruitment, client engagement, and organizational initiatives.

Monitor campaign performance and compile reports to help evaluate results.
Content & Communications

Coordinate and maintain the organization's content calendar, communications calendar, and editorial schedule.

Write, edit, and proofread marketing materials including blogs, newsletters, presentations, case studies, email campaigns, brochures, and social media content.

Assist with development and distribution of the company newsletter and internal communications.

Maintain website content, including blogs, landing pages, and routine content updates.
Digital Marketing

Assist with SEO efforts, website analytics, and digital marketing initiatives.

Coordinate email marketing campaigns and marketing automation activities.
Events & Marketing Coordination

Maintain the annual events calendar and assist with conference, webinar, and event planning.

Coordinate promotional materials, logistics, and communications for trade shows, advisory boards, and corporate events.

Support post-event follow-up and content development.
Project Coordination

Coordinate multiple marketing projects while maintaining deadlines.

Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure projects are completed on time.

Cross-Functional Support

Collaborate with leadership, sales, recruiting, operations, and clinical teams to support organizational priorities.

Serve as a marketing resource by assisting departments with communication and marketing requests.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.

1-3 years of marketing and communications experience.

Healthcare or B2B marketing experience preferred.

Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and project coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with Microsoft Office, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress (or similar CMS), and email marketing platforms.

Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media management tools preferred.
