Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and professional Benefit Representative to help individuals and families understand and enroll in supplemental insurance benefits, including life insurance, accident coverage, critical illness, and income protection plans. This role focuses on building relationships, educating clients on available coverage options, and providing outstanding customer service throughout the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities
- Meet with individuals, employees, and families to explain supplemental insurance benefit options
- Educate clients on life insurance and additional protection products tailored to their needs
- Conduct benefit reviews and assist with policy enrollment
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and follow-up
- Generate referrals and develop new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and applications
- Stay informed on product knowledge, compliance requirements, and industry updates
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service or sales experience preferred

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
