Position Details
- Location: Fairbanks
- Shift Schedule: 7am to 7pm (Monday to Friday)
Caregiver Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and daily living assistance
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility, incontinence care, and colostomy care
- Provide medication reminders
- Prepare light meals and assist with feeding if needed
- Drive clients to doctor appointments and errands
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
- Communicate professionally with families and care teams
Qualifications
- Caregiving experience preferred
- Experience with transfers, colostomy and incontinence care is a plus
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in Fairbanks, Alaska
