Join Our Team!
We're looking for an organized, energetic, and people-focused Pet Salon Manager to lead our growing salon while helping shape the next generation of professional pet groomers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves both pets and people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Our ideal candidate is a natural leader who enjoys multitasking, creating exceptional customer experiences, supporting a team, and mentoring future groomers through our grooming school.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the pet salon.
- Provide outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
- Schedule appointments and manage daily workflow efficiently.
- Support, motivate, and lead the salon team.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and team development.
- Help train and mentor students enrolled in our professional grooming school.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming salon environment.
- Handle client concerns professionally and resolve issues with confidence.
- Monitor salon performance and help achieve business goals.
- Ensure all pets receive compassionate, high-quality care.
Qualifications
- Previous management or leadership experience preferred.
- Professional pet grooming experience preferred but not absolutely necessary.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and encourage both employees and students.
- Reliable, dependable, and solution-oriented.
- Comfortable using scheduling software and basic computer programs.
