We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing orders, picking and packing products, and ensuring accurate and timely shipments to customers. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations and delivering a high level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Verify order accuracy and ensure proper labeling
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Follow company safety procedures and guidelines
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic communication and teamwork skills
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus but not required
Pay: $23.20 - $27.90 per hour
