Our Property Management Company is in need of a Receptionist to answer phones, greet visitors, process mail, scan, check rents, and various clerical tasks.
Since 1990, PRS Property Management has been an industry leader in Residential Property Management serving the needs of the East Valley Communities. We are located adjacent to Chandler Mall and have an immediate opening for a full-time entry-level position.
What does this job entail? Your duties would include speaking intelligently on the phone with our customers and working with the other Team Members to maintain our harmonious work environment. You may also be asked to assist other team members to review, input, and process requests from either a manager or a tenant daily. Communicate with tenants regarding any work order requests, lease changes, informing them with updates on inputted work requests, and handling new applicants for vacant properties. Will also entail updating documents internally, online registrations, etc.
Whom are we looking for to join our team? Above all, you must be pleasant, punctual and dependable. Be a team player, have good customer service skills and basic computer experience using Microsoft Office, & Internet based programs. Your duties will include mastering our property management software, speaking intelligently on the phone with our customers and working with the other Team Members to maintain our harmonious work environment.
