Position: Real Estate & Insurance Agent / Agent Trainee (Sales & Financial Services)
Job Responsibilities:
As a Real Estate & Insurance Agent or Agent Trainee, you will serve as the driving force behind our sales. Your key duties will include:
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Demonstrating passion and commitment to success
- Staying informed on real estate and insurance markets, products, and services
- Ensuring all tasks are handled professionally, accurately, and on time
Job Requirements:
We are looking for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and possess a positive and engaging personality. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Sales, Real Estate, or Insurance experience preferred
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
Benefits:
As part of Americas Group Agency, you will enjoy a competitive compensation package with opportunities to earn between $75,000 and $250,000 per year, along with potential for annual sales trips. We Pay advanced commission to help determined individuals get licensed, and Zillow Marketing.
