**Job Description**
We seek a highly qualified and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team.
This full-time position entails the provision of comprehensive patient care, which includes:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments.
- Administration of medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitoring patients' progress and response to treatments, making adjustments as necessary.
- Educating patients and their families about health conditions, and treatment based on plan of care.
- proficiently managing cases like: Gastrostomy tubes, Oxygen management, Tracheostomy care and Ventilator care etc.
- effectively collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the optimal well-being of our valued clients.
- Stay informed about current best practices in home care and workers compensation law.
**Qualifications**
- Current RN licensure in the state of Texas or; compact license or multistate license.
- Prior experience in home healthcare or similar settings is advantageous.
- New Grads are welcome to apply (on the job training)
- Strong communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with healthcare team.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environments
- Ability to drive 10-50miles of your radius.
