- Assist experienced technicians with motorcycle repairs and maintenance.
- Perform oil changes, tire replacements, and entry-level service work.
- Keep service areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Participate in Harley-Davidson technician training and certification programs.
- Support the Service Department with daily tasks and customer satisfaction initiatives.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Enrollment in or completion of a motorcycle or automotive technical program preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and strong desire to build a career as a Harley-Davidson Technician.
- Ability to use hand tools and diagnostic equipment safely.
- Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow direction from senior technicians.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).

Requirements:
- Ability to push, pull, and maneuver motorcycles weighing up to 800 pounds (with assistance).
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the shop for extended periods.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
