We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals for our Assembly Crew. This team provides critical support during peak production periods, specifically for the assembly of rivets and bolts destined for our aerospace clients.
Core Responsibilities
- Component Assembly: Manually or semi-automatically assemble multi-part rivets, bolts, and specialized aerospace fasteners.
- Hardware Sorting: Organize and match pins, collars, and sleeves to ensure correct kits are built for specific aircraft specs.
- Precision Handling: Work with small-scale components, ensuring they are free of debris, lubricants, or defects during the assembly process.
- Compliance Checks: Use calipers or "go/no-go" gauges to verify that assembled hardware meets exact dimensional tolerances.
Requirements
- Fine Motor Skills: High level of manual dexterity to handle small, slick, or intricate metal parts repeatedly.
- Focus & Consistency: Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail during repetitive assembly tasks.
- Safety First: Strict adherence to clean-room or controlled-environment protocols to prevent foreign object debris (FOD).
- Reliability: A strong work ethic suited for a high-output production environment.
Pay: $16.00 per hour
