- Must be knowledgeable configuring installing and testing software
- Windows/Microsoft environment experience
- Experience troubleshooting basic hardware & software issues and working directly with end users
- Excellent communication and readiness to learn
- High School Diploma

Job Description:
Insight Global is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support for end users across hospital, clinic, and administrative locations. This individual will be responsible for responding to service desk tickets, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and replacing equipment, and assisting with workstation moves, additions, and changes. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically proficient, willing to expand current technical knowledge and comfortable supporting a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
