Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced hands-on Front of House Restaurant Manager who is guest focused, and a team builder to oversee the daily operations of our casual dining establishment. This role requires exceptional hospitality skills, some Boh knowledge, and the ability to manage a team while ensuring an outstanding guest experience.
Duties
- Lead daily operations with strong floor presence
- Support FOH/BOH teams, including expo and line flow
- Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Train and coach staff
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, and labor management
- Deliver great guest experiences and effective shift leadership
- Oversee cost control measures and cash handling procedures.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years management experience in casual dining
- Strong hands-on leadership style
- Knowledge of BOH operations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, professional, and guest-focused
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial role within the food service industry.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
