Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning and HVAC systems
- Perform field service calls to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems
- Collaborate with property maintenance team to ensure proper functioning of HVAC systems
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to perform equipment repairs and replacements
- Weld and fabricate components as needed for HVAC system installations or repairs
- Drive company van to various job sites for service calls and installations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and provide excellent customer service
