About the Role
As a Precision Machining Specialist, you will play a critical role in transforming raw materials into high-precision components through the expert operation of manual and CNC machinery. You will leverage your technical expertise to optimize production workflows, ensure rigorous quality standards, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities-
Execute complex setups and operate a variety of CNC and manual equipment, including milling, turning, grinding, and EDM systems.

Maximize production efficiency by managing multiple machine cells simultaneously and troubleshooting operational bottlenecks.

Drive product quality by utilizing advanced inspection tools to verify specifications and maintaining strict adherence to regulatory compliance standards.

Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering teams to refine tooling, fixtures, and part designs for enhanced manufacturability.

Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance to elevate overall shop floor performance.

Perform routine maintenance and minor modifications to fixtures to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.

Document production activities accurately, ensuring all work orders and labor transactions are processed in accordance with quality management systems.
Qualifications-
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in CNC turning and precision machining.

Proficiency in interpreting complex blueprints and managing tool offsets.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Completed technical certifications in multiple manufacturing disciplines.

Demonstrated experience with DNC equipment and basic CNC programming.

Strong background in equipment troubleshooting and manual machining techniques.

Familiarity with FDA/QSR or similar highly regulated manufacturing environments.
