Servpro Team Fox is seeking a dependable, organized, and hands-on Equipment & Warehouse Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day management of our warehouse, restoration equipment, and inventory. This role is critical to ensuring our crews have clean, properly functioning equipment and the supplies they need to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in organization, and can manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities -Equipment Maintenance & Repairs
- Inspect, clean, repair, and maintain restoration equipment including:
- Air movers, Dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers, Extractors, Injectidry equipment
- Hoses, cords, and accessories
- Perform preventative maintenance and document service history.
- Coordinate outside repairs and warranty work when necessary.
- Ensure all equipment is ready for emergency deployment.
Carpet Inventory & Logistics
- Maintain inventory of customer carpets stored in our warehouse.
- Carpet cleaning, deliveries, and returns.
- Coordinate with customers and project managers regarding carpet pickup and return dates.
Warehouse Operations
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and OSHA compliant.
- Maintain inventory of consumable supplies and restoration materials.
- Receive deliveries and verify shipments.
- Stock vehicles and replenish warehouse inventory.
- Organize shelving and storage areas for maximum efficiency.
Purchasing & Inventory Control
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Control inventory costs and reduce waste.
Dumpster Operations
- Deliver, exchange, and pick up company dumpsters using company vehicles.
- Dump debris at approved disposal facilities.
- Inspect dumpsters for damage and perform minor repairs.
- Maintain dumpster inventory and scheduling.
Fleet & Facility Support
- Assist with basic maintenance of company vehicles and trailers.
- Report mechanical issues requiring outside service.
- Help maintain warehouse grounds and facility appearance.
- Support emergency response operations during large loss events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Mechanical aptitude with experience repairing small equipment preferred.
- Forklift experience (or willingness to become certified).
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- Ability to tow trailers (experience preferred).
- No CDL required.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and ordering.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
- Frequently bend, kneel, climb, and work on equipment.
- Operate hand and power tools safely.
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
