We're not just looking for someone to answer phones. We're looking for a closer - someone who can take every call, email, or lead and turn it into an appointment that shows, sticks, and buys.

What You'll Be Doing:
Handle high volumes of incoming calls, leads, and web inquiries
Book appointments that show up and convert to sales
Aggressively follow up with "no-show" customers and reengage cold leads
Log every customer detail and update CRM daily
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers via phone, email, and text
Promote all store promotions and service specials
Know our inventory and product offerings inside and out
Provide a 5-star experience to every prospect - every time
Assist walk-in traffic when needed
Support dealership-wide sales campaigns and team goals
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in BDC, call center, or high-volume sales environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong phone presence and confidence on every call
Organized, detail-oriented, and obsessed with follow-up
Fast learner with a positive, professional attitude
Comfortable using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital platforms
Bi-lingual a plus, but not required
High school diploma or equivalent (degree in business/marketing is a plus)
