To thrive in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- The ability and willingness to qualify for an Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with an endorsement in School Social Work.
- A strong commitment to the well-being and success of students, and a genuine passion for the field of education.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
