Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily department operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments.
- Train and develop new employees.
- Manage inventory control, purchasing, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment to maximize sales and minimize shrinkage.
- Implement merchandising plans and marketing initiatives to attract customers and boost sales performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high standards of communication skills.
- Supervise staff performance and foster a team-oriented environment focused on leadership and motivation.
Experience
- Proven management experience in retail or grocery store environments with a focus on retail sales particularly in Produce or Deli.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management responsibilities, including training & development.
- Strong background in retail math, budgeting, sales management, and inventory management.
- Excellent organizational skills combined with effective communication skills to lead teams successfully.

Pay: $24.27 - $29.23 per hour
