Who We’re After
This is NOT a 9–5 gig. If you want weekends off, don’t apply. We’re looking for someone who:
- Thrives on closing deals.
- Is willing to work 6–7 days a week.
- Understands that hard work = big paychecks.
- Is hungry, competitive, and not afraid to chase leads and follow-ups until the deal is signed.
Responsibilities
- Be on-site ready to sell, every day.
- Take every lead seriously (walk-ins, phone calls, online inquiries).
- Follow up, close, and keep closing.
- Keep CRM updated so no lead slips through the cracks.
- Represent Summit Structures with professionalism while driving hard toward sales targets.
Requirements
- Sales experience strongly preferred (car sales, construction sales, door-to-door, etc.).
- A proven track record of hustle and results.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Must have the drive to work long hours and push for top commissions.
- Reliable transportation to our Tangent, OR lot.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
