Position Summary
PersonalizationMall.com is seeking experienced Production Supervisors to lead daily operations across multiple production and fulfillment departments. This role is responsible for driving productivity, quality, safety, and employee engagement while ensuring customer orders are completed accurately and on time.
As a Production Supervisor, you'll lead and develop teams, monitor department performance, solve operational challenges, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Available Shifts
Ink Cups
- 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Must be flexible to support 2nd Shift during Peak Season
Laser
- 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Must be flexible to support 2nd Shift during Peak Season
Shipping
- 1st Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Must be flexible to support overnight hours during Peak Season
Peak schedules may vary based on business needs.
What You'll Do
- Lead daily production or shipping operations to achieve productivity, quality, and safety goals.
- Plan, organize, prioritize, and delegate daily work assignments.
- Monitor department performance using reports, production metrics, and operational data.
- Ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Coach, train, develop, and motivate team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Hold associates accountable for productivity, quality, attendance, safety, and company standards.
- Monitor workflow and adjust staffing or priorities to meet changing business demands.
- Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements.
- Partner with Quality, Operations, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
- Ensure equipment is operating safely and effectively while maintaining department organization and housekeeping.
- Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Departments & Preferred Experience
Ink Cups
Experience with:
- Production equipment setup and operation
- Equipment adjustments and routine maintenance
- Monitoring production efficiencies and workflow
- Managing production backlogs and priority orders
- Supporting Point of Contact (POC) team members
- Troubleshooting production equipment issues
Laser
Experience with:
- Laser engraving and cutting operations
- Machine calibration and alignment
- File setup and production accuracy
- Material quality and defect reduction
- Basic laser equipment troubleshooting
- Continuous improvement of laser production processes
Shipping
Experience with:
- High-volume shipping or e-commerce fulfillment
- Parcel shipping and carrier coordination
- Workforce scheduling and labor planning
- Warehouse distribution and logistics
- Inventory and shipping supply management
- Leading large teams in a fast-paced shipping environment
- Supporting high-volume operations during peak seasons
What We're Looking For
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, shipping, fulfillment, distribution, or a related environment.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications.
- Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate's degree or higher (or equivalent experience) is preferred for Shipping.
- English fluency required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements in a production or warehouse environment.
- Strong attendance, punctuality, and reliability.

The expected salary range for this position is $23-$28/hour. The actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by the law.
