Sheet Metal Fabricator
Formost Fuji Corporation, an established automated packaging machine manufacturer, is seeking a qualified Sheet Metal Fabricator.
Responsibilities include:
Operate and Program a Tru Bend Trumpf Press Brake machine.
Operate and Program a Trumpf Fiber Laser Cutter.
Bend and form the product using the sequence indicated.
Check height, depth and other tolerances using calipers, gauges and a tape measure.
Consults drawings, work orders and/or schematics to safely make specific structure.
Selects appropriate type and gauge of material based on necessary strength.
Cuts, bends and shapes sheet metal to required dimensions.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
3 - 5 Years of Tru Bend Trumpf Press Brake and Trumpf Fiber Laser Cutter
Ability to complete sheet metal projects with accuracy and precision.
Ability to safely use machinery and tools required for sheet metal work.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics to understand the assigned work.
Must be able to work well with team members and other departments.
Work schedule: 4 –10’s Monday – Thursday, 5:00 am – 3:30 pm, with Overtime on Fridays. Or 5 – 8’s Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a starting wage of $28.00 - $34.00 per hour. Benefits include Medical, Dental and Life Insurance, 401(k), Potential for annual profit-sharing bonus.
