Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in a high-quality, NAEYC-accredited early childhood program and holds a degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field. We are looking for an educator who is committed to creating a nurturing, play-based learning environment that supports the whole child. This role requires strong collaboration in a co-teaching model, professionalism, flexibility, and a true passion for early childhood education.
Pay
$19.00 - $29.00 per hour
Specific responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and newsletters that align with curriculum standards, to support learning and development.
- Provide a nurturing and supportive classroom environment for students.
- Utilize effective teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student learning and development.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience working with children aged 1-5 in a preschool environment.
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Child Development Associate certification.
