About the Role
We're looking for an energetic Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations, support our team, and ensure every guest has a great experience at The Sweet Swirl.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead shift operations and delegate daily tasks
- Maintain high standards for customer service, food safety, and cleanliness
- Handle register opening/closing, cash handling, and shift reporting
- Support, train, and motivate team members on the floor
- Resolve customer questions or concerns quickly and professionally
- Serve customer (ice cream, drinks, waffle etc)
Qualifications
- 1+ years in food service leadership experience
- 2+ years of food service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Available 30- 40 hours a week, including evenings and weekends (11 AM - 12 AM Availability)
- Dependable, upbeat, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment
