Job Summary
Join our construction team as a Carpenter/Laborer and help build, restore, and finish residential and commercial projects. You’ll work alongside skilled craftsmen, use a wide range of hand and power tools, and contribute to high-quality workmanship. Experience in framing, trim, or remodeling is a plus, but we also welcome motivated individuals who are eager to learn. Training and growth opportunities are available.
Responsibilities
- Operate hand and power tools for framing, siding, trim, fixture installation, and finishing work
- Perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting
- Install construction materials such as siding, trim, flooring, drywall, metal studs, and related components
- Use woodworking machines for precise cutting and assembly of custom carpentry elements
- Assist with remodeling projects by installing doors, windows, fixtures, and other building components according to plans
Experience & Qualifications
- Prior construction or residential carpentry experience preferred
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques
- Hands-on experience with common hand tools (saws, hammers, chisels, levels, measuring tools)
- Proficiency with power tools used in carpentry (drills, saws, sanders, nail guns) prefered
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
